Privacy policy

CasaVal Design operates this internal integration. The desktop app reads authorized QuickBooks company information, open invoices and purchases for accounting review. Reports may contain customer and vendor information, invoice details, and transaction amounts.

Reports are saved in the local folder chosen by the operator. Intuit app credentials are read from macOS Keychain. OAuth tokens are stored in an owner-only file on the authorized Mac.

The AWS callback relays a temporary authorization code and company identifier to the authorized desktop session. The session expires after five minutes. Successful collection removes the result from the relay, and uncollected results are eligible for automatic cleanup. The callback does not receive financial reports.
